Battle and capture creatures inside a dungeon that changes every run.
Use movement  and the strengths of the elements   to your advantage  to make it to the top!

Made for the 7 Day Roguelike Jam 2022.
There is more content and polish I wish I could implement (like sound :D )    so I'm  planning to continue this project occasionally. Feel free to follow me for potential updates.

Also I acknowledge this isn't a  project rooted in grid-based movement but    I believe the procedurally generated map, the  invisible    grid of the battle-slots and the permadeath meet the definition on the jam page.

Guide/Instructions:
Click on   a highlighted   map room  to go there and fight.
Rooms show one of the Bonkemon you're about to encounter there.
In battle, you can perform 2 actions every turn.  Click on  one of your Bonkemon to select it, then on  another slot to use a relevant ability.   

At the moment   the abilities are as follows: 
-   On  a slot on the ally side but opposite row: Move there, swapping places with  a unit at the location (if any).
- On a  unit in the enemy frontline: Attack, dealing 2 damage of the same elemental type as the user.   Deals double if the attack's  type is strong against the target's type, or half if the target's type is strong against the user's type (see the wheel in the top left).

After battle,   you can freely drag  Bonkemon around to capture them , give them away or change  your team's positions before returning to the map.
